No two bodies are the same, which can be extremely frustrating when it comes to finding the right wellness plan.

โ While we might share similar basic anatomy, there are many more complicated aspects of our bodies that are entirely unique.

From the bacteria in our gut to the genes weโ€™ve been given from our parents, each person has a different set of needs when it comes to health and wellness. โ โ 

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Iโ€™ve studied over 100 different dietary theories so that I can help meet the unique needs of every client I have. โ โ 

I also work with clients to go beyond diet and help them develop practical and effective lifestyle changes that suit their needs. For example, I understand that jogging isnโ€™t for everyoneโ€”and nor is yoga. I get that having a gym membership might be great for some people, but just a waste of money for others. โ โ 

Basically, I want you to understand that there is no one โ€œrightโ€ way to be healthy. Whatโ€™s healthy for your friendโ€”like a keto diet and a 10-mile run every morningโ€”might not be the type of wellness routine that works best for you.

โ My role is to help you cut back on frustration and provide my knowledge as a tool so that you can create wellness habits that are both sustainable and effective. โ โ
