Besides the fact that I was loving the sugary treat that made me type fast..
When I would go and purchase one of these drinks, I was activating the dopamine rewards system within my brain I am here to tell you, this is not always a bad thing!
You should treat yourself, have rewards to celebrate life’s successes and find joy in your daily routine. Not in a habitual way, but in an intentional nourishing way
I’m here to say that you can 🅢🅐🅥🅔 🅢🅞🅜🅔 🅜🅞🅝🅔🅨 & Make your favs at home with 🅑🅔🅣🅣🅔🅡 Ingredients. I am telling you this for two reasons my friends, look up what your favorite drink is made of in an internet search
1.) You are 75-95% likely to find a DIY recipe for the exact recipe. You can collect the ingredients with your grocery run or at a Whole Foods store. Add additional flavor by using spices (some of my favorites pictured). While buying organic products to make 1 weeks – 2 weeks worth, could save $10- $50 a month depending on average rate of consumption (possibly more)!
2.) If you like the sugary drinks, as I always did You’ll be able to modify the home versions without all the 🅙🅤🅝🅚. You can still add sweetness by using many at home tricks without all the (for lack of a better word) garbage
